Who We Are

 eLC has over a decade of experience in training consultancy, content development and design. We have established significant relationships with government ministries, schools and corporations having trained over 5000 learners in our proprietary courses and developed over 1000 hours of customised learning content.

eLC is recognised as an authority in instructional design methodology and has proven track records of ensuring that quality standards are adhered to within very tight timelines. We are committed to delivering solutions that exceed the expectations of our clients, with the focus on sound methodology, innovative technology and engaging aesthetics.

The eLC´s creative media has a substantial track record of producing innovative, creative and captivating multimedia that have been showcased at nationwide events such as National Day Parade, Army Open House.

Moving into a new domain of learning, the eLC´s simulation unit has partnered two world leaders in simulators and simulation programming to bring these innovative technologies to Singapore and this region.

What We Believe

 At the eLC, we believe in enabling, empowering and enriching our clients. We also believe that each organisation is unique and has distinct learning needs. To cater to the diverse requirements of our clients, eLC provides customised services. We believe that there is no limit to what an organisation can achieve, and therefore we do not limit the solutions we provide.

At the eLC, we believe that the best solution to any need that is relevant, applicable and effective. We hold true to our five tenets in ensuring that this is possible each and every time.

eLC's Five Tenets to Content Development

  • Both eLearning and face-to-face delivery of lessons have their distinct advantages. Hence, whenever possible, blend!
  • Design is always based on instructional design principles. For example, knowledge, skill and attitude gaps are fundamentally different and should be treated differently.
  • Information design is different from instructional design, and should therefore be treated differently.
  • Allow clients to update their own eContent through modularising, externalising and using easy-to-use tools.
  • Provide rapid prototyping so that clients may view the end-results sooner.

Our People

 Our members are highly-respected in the learning and development industry and are very much plugged into industry developments. Their involvement reaches far beyond their daily responsibilities. They are Judges for Brandon Hall´s Excellence in Learning Awards, a Reviewer for the Informing Science & Information Technology Joint Conference, are on the Editorial Boards of several prestigious journals (Journal of Interactive Learning Research, Journal of Information Technology Education, and Interdisciplinary Journal of Knowledge and Learning Objects), an EXCO for SITF´s eLearning Chapter, and a member of the Singapore Learning Standards Technical Committee.

eLC Services Sdn. Bhd, a subsidiary of eLC based in Malaysia, is a testimony to how much eLC has grown over the years. The expertise and experience of eLC remains a constant, no matter where we are.
