Opening of Indelco

Singapore, 29 April 2020 — A consortium comprising eLC Pte Ltd and Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd was awarded a contract by the Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA) for a One-stop Driver/Rider Training Services to produce competent and safe Transport Operators and Commanders for the SAF. The scope for this contract is for the provision and supply of required training services, which include classroom theory lessons, digital/simulation-based training and on-the-road practical lessons. The contract also includes the management and maintenance of Training Vehicles and Training Facilities, and the management for Driver Training Simulation System (DTSS) maintenance. The contract value is above S$100 million for a firm 10 years arrangement, with an extension option of another 10 years.

Amongst other Singapore government agencies, Indeco Engineers has been a strategic partner providing essential engineering and maintenance services to Mindef/SAF over many years.

eLC Pte Ltd is a training and learning solution specialist who have had many years of experience and track records in the provision of training design, development, delivery and assessment services to the SAF. Over the years, the company has increased its repertoire of products and services and grown from strength to strength through merger and acquisition, and spin-offs which saw the company transform its image and branding to become a formidable player not only in the online learning space, but also in leadership skills training and coaching, as well as simulation-based training solutions.
